more+The research center for biomedical information technology (BIT) focuses on basic researches covering wearable devices, health IoT (Internet of Things) systems, health informatics and biomedical big data. Facing the demands of pre-hospital prevention, special medicine, precision medicine, regional medicine and public health, the team strives to resolve a number of key technologies including low-load physiological signal monitoring, remote health monitoring, massive medical/health data processing and mining, disease target discovering and disease risk modeling, etc., and to establish a multi-level, personalized health care system converging individuals, families, communities and hospitals, which will significantly facilitate the informationization of the health industry and decrease the overall health-care cost in China.
