The researches analyzed the relationships between bio-markers extracted from peripheral blood and the attack, damage, and recovery of stroke based on the microarray and deep-sequencing data from animal models and human blood, respectively. The results showed that the bio-markers of human peripheral blood could reflect the changes during the happening and recovery procedures accurately. Besides, the changes on molecular bio-markers levels were earlier than that of clinical phenotype while keeping the same accuracy with clinic. This early warning function could be the basic in the fields of stroke prognosis and rehabilitation guidance based on peripheral blood molecular detection techniques.
