From 2009, she was enrolled in Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and owned her Doctor of Philosophy in 2014, with a major in Genomics. From July 2014 to September 2016, she did her Postdoctoral research in Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. During that period, she has received the first-class General Financial Grant from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and held one National Natural Science Foundation of China. After that, she served as the Research Associate in Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology. Up to present, she has published several academic papers in the SCI journals such as BMC Genomics，PNAS, Nature Genetics，Genes & Development，BMC Cancer，and Cancer Medicine. Current research directions include next generation high throughput sequencing data analysis, cancer genomics research (cancer clonal evolution, oncogene mutation, abnormal gene expression, epigenetics, and multiple omics data integration), and other bioinformatics research.
