吴丹(Dan Wu)中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院高级工程师,先进院青年科学家计划项目正高级工程师,博士生导师,深圳市高层次人才
担任中国电子学会智慧医疗专委会委员、中国自动化学会智能健康与生物信息专委会委员、医学图像计算青年研讨会(MICS)委员、中国指挥与控制学会智能可穿戴技术专委会委员,并作为参编组专家共同制定团体标准《可穿戴无袖带血压图信号测量设备标准》。长期从事医学人工智能领域,主要研究方向为医疗时序大模型研发与临床应用、ICU重症状态评估与智能预警、人工智能医学可解释性算法研究,聚焦临床场景的智能化、精准化、可落地AI技术攻关。
主持及负责10余项国家级和地方重点项目,包括国自然专项基金、工信部高质量发展专项、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市科技重大专项以及深圳市基础研究重点项目等。在相关领域发表SCI期刊和EI会议论文60余篇,并多次获得会议最佳论文奖。申请国内专利16项,PCT专利2项,共授权14项,4项发明专利实现转移转化。授权软件著作权3项。同时担任多个学术期刊和会议的审稿人。2018年获得深圳市科技进步一等奖(公益类)、2022年中国社区协会科学技术奖二等奖,2023年首届“兴智杯”全国人工智能创新应用大赛二等奖。
