李烨(Li Ye),博士,研究员,博士生导师。中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院数字所所长、生物医学信息技术研究中心主任、中国科学院健康信息学重点实验室副主任、健康大数据智能分析技术国家地方联合工程研究中心主任、广东省科技创新领军人才、深圳市孔雀计划A类人才、深圳市鹏城学者。英国工程技术学会会士(IET Fellow),英国皇家公共卫生学会会士(RSPH Fellow), WHO 数字化健康信息系统指南专家,入选2021年年度全球前2%科学家。

2008年作为海外引进人才全职回国在中科院深圳先进院工作,建立了健康信息学交叉团队,近年来围绕可穿戴传感与健康大数据分析技术,共发表文章160余篇,其中SCI检索论文60余篇,IEEE期刊论文超30篇。担任Information Fusion(IF=17.564)编委、IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics(IF=7.021)连续两年新冠特刊编辑和Physiological Measurement (IF=2.688)期刊编辑等,并多次担任IEEE/ACM普适计算和生物医学信息技术领域重要国际会议如PICom、BodyNet、EMBC、BSN&BHI、UIC的组织委员会成员或分会主席,组织了首届深圳医疗健康大数据创新应用国际大赛。被授权发明专利60件,其中外国发明专利8件,10件已转化到企业,转化金额达936万,获3个医疗器械注册证,主笔电子健康相关国家/行业标准5项,以第一完成人获广东省科学技术奖技术发明二等奖1项,深圳市技术发明二等奖1项,广东省专利优秀奖1项,带领团队获2020年“深圳市抗击疫情先进集体”。承担国家重点研发项目、国自然联合基金重点项目、科技部863计划、中国科学院战略先导科技专项(B类)等国家和省部级科技项目,累计经费超过一个亿。
