李烨(Li Ye),研究员(二级),博士生导师,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院数字所所长,生物医学信息技术研究中心主任,国家级人才
国家重点研发计划首席,中国科学院健康信息学重点实验室副主任、健康大数据智能分析技术国家地方联合工程研究中心主任,入选WX创新国家级人才、广东省创新领军人 才、深圳孔雀A类人才等。英国工程技术学会会士(IET Fellow),英国皇家公共卫生学会会士(RSPH Fellow), WHO 数字化健康信息系统指南专家,多年入选全球前2%科学家榜单。2008年作为海外引进人才全职回国在中科院深圳先进院工作,建立了健康信息学交叉团队,近年来围绕医疗健康检测技术、健康大数据挖掘、医学人工智能等领域,共发表文章200余篇,其中SCI期刊论文90余篇。担任《Information Fusion》《IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics》《IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics》期刊副主编(Associate edito r),《Physiological Measurement》执行编辑,作为大会主席主办中国人工智能学会生 物信息与智能信息处理(BIIP 2025)、第15届全国可穿戴计算学术会议(2025)等超过 500人的国内重要大会;作为主席和分会主席组织 ACM/IEEE 国际学术会议10余次。 担任教育部 CJ 学者、基金委人才项目、创新群体、重点基金、国家重点研发计划项目的 评审专家。组织了首届深圳医疗健康大数据创新应用国际大赛。近年来被授权国内外发明专利110余项,包括中国、美国、日本、韩国等,26项核心知识产权实现科技成果转化,转化金额已超过千万元,主笔了电子健康相关国家/行业标准5项。带领团队开发了3个获医疗器械注册证的产品,;可穿戴智能系统因精度和功耗优势入选并保障国家载人深潜、航天、登月等重大工程;成果获吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖、广东省科学技术发明奖、专利奖、中华医学会卫生管理奖等。承担国家重点研发项目、国自然联合基金重点项目、科技部863计划、中国科学院战略先导科技专项(B类)等国家和省部级科技项目。
